Delete your YumYard Vendor account

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the YumYard Vendor app and sign in.
2. Tap the Account tab (settings icon).
3. Under Account Actions, tap Close Account.
4. Confirm “I am certain, close my account”.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Can’t access the app?

Email support@yumyard.co.uk from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my YumYard Vendor account”. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login (Firebase authentication account)
• Access to your YumYard Vendor profile
• Your vendor business profile(s) on YumYard (removed from customer-facing listings)
• Push notification tokens associated with your account

What may be kept

Some information may be retained where we have a legal or legitimate business need, including:

• Order and payment records (tax, accounting, fraud prevention)
• Stripe Connect / payout records (handled under Stripe’s retention policies)
• Audit and security logs
• Land location listings (if you registered as a land owner — contact us to remove these separately if needed)

Retained data is not used for marketing and is deleted or anonymised when no longer required by law or contract.
